Welcome!

With Christian literary classics as our foundation, this company is dedicated to presenting the Christian gospel, literary adaptations, classical dance and music to the contemporary audience who enjoys the classical arts, and who seeks an understanding in the Christian faith.

After a two year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Puritan Productions ventured into film production with the same goal to deliver Christian doctrines through the arts.

Our first attempt was in making a short film entitled "God Has Wronged Me" - a modern day adaptation of the Book of Job, available for streaming on Tubi!

In July 2022, our first feature film, "Lavished with Grace: Our Alzheimer's Story" was released and is available on many streaming channels, including Amazon Prime .

***UPDATE***

8.15.2026 || We’re Looking for the Next Story! It’s been a little while since we’ve shared an update from Puritan Productions. Our last film, Bonhoeffer vs. the Third Reich, was released in 2023, and since then we’ve been quieter than usual. But the desire to tell meaningful, faith-centered stories hasn’t gone away. 🎬 Do you have a movie script, story rooted in the Gospel or screenplay that deserves to be brought to life? We’d love to hear from you. Puritan Productions is looking for Gospel-themed feature film scripts and story ideas that ultimately point people toward Christ. If you have a completed screenplay, a script in development, or a story you believe needs to be told, send us a message through Facebook or email at info@puritanproductions.org. #PuritanProductions #ChristianFilm #FaithBasedFilm #ChristianMovies #Gospel #ChristianScreenwriter #FaithAndFilm

This film is based on the life story of Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1906–1945). Bonhoeffer was a German Lutheran pastor, theologian and anti-Nazi dissident who was a key founding member of the Confessing Church movement. Apart from his theological writings, Bonhoeffer was known for his staunch resistance to the Nazi dictatorship, including vocal opposition to Hitler's genocidal persecution of the Jews. He was arrested in April 1943 by the Gestapo and imprisoned at Tegel prison for one and a half years. Later, he was transferred to Flossenbürg concentration camp. Bonhoeffer was accused of being associated with the 20 July plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler and was then quickly tried along with other accused plotters, including former members of the Abwehr (the German Military Intelligence Office). He was hanged on 9 April 1945 as the Nazi regime was collapsing.

A huge thank you to every single member of this extremely hard-working cast and crew! Stay tuned for the releaase, anticipated Spring 2023.

We humbly pray that the Lord can use these films to reach viewers and encourage them in their studying and reading of His Word. We hope you enjoy.
